SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Nesoi Studio. Each piece is designed in Provence and crafted with care. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how and where we ship.
Where we ship
We currently ship to France and all European Union countries, via Colissimo (home delivery) and Mondial Relay (pick-up point delivery).
If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at contact@nesoistudio.com and we'll do our best to help.
Processing time
Processing time depends on the piece you order:
- In-stock items: prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
- Made-to-order items: as our pieces are produced in limited quantities, please allow 3–4 weeks for your order to be crafted before it is dispatched.
Whether a piece is in stock or made to order is indicated on the product page. If your order contains both types of items, it will be dispatched once all pieces are ready — please contact us if you'd prefer a split delivery.
Processing time is separate from the delivery time below. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Shipping costs
- Free standard shipping within France on all orders over €200.
- Free standard shipping to other European Union countries on all orders over €300.
- For orders below these amounts, a shipping rate applies, calculated and displayed at checkout before payment, depending on your chosen method (Colissimo or Mondial Relay).
All shipping costs are shown clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Delivery times
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date the order is placed. They are not guaranteed, as delivery depends on the carrier and your location.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel's journey. If you haven't received tracking information within 2 business days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us at contact@nesoistudio.com.
Packaging
Every Nesoí piece arrives in our signature jewellery box — crafted from recycled materials in soft beige with our golden logo — ready to be kept, gifted, or treasured. Designed forever, worn everywhere.
Customs, duties and taxes
As we ship within the European Union, no additional customs duties or import taxes apply to orders delivered to EU destinations. Applicable VAT is already included in the price shown at checkout.
Delivery issues
Please ensure your shipping address — and, for Mondial Relay, your chosen pick-up point — is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer; any re-shipping costs in such cases will be the customer's responsibility.
For consumers, risk of loss or damage passes to you only once you (or a person designated by you, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the items.
If your order arrives damaged, or if there is any problem with your delivery, please contact us immediately at contact@nesoistudio.com so we can make it right. Where possible, please include photographs so we can assess the issue quickly.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please get in touch and we will open an enquiry with the carrier on your behalf. We'll keep you updated and ensure the situation is resolved.
