Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with all original tags and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at contact@nesoistudio.com. Returns must be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges
Exchanges are free of charge, excluding shipping costs. Once we receive your item and confirm it's in perfect condition, we'll approve the exchange and send you a link to pay for shipping of the new item. If you select a piece of higher value, you'll be asked to pay the difference.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and issue a full refund or replacement once the item has been inspected.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom or personalised pieces created to your specifications cannot be returned. We also cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items, items purchased with a discount or coupon code, or gift cards — all such sales are final.

Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are not refunded. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

European Union – 14-day cooling-off periodIf you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. This right applies to all eligible items, including those purchased on sale or with a discount code.

To exercise this right, contact us at contact@nesoistudio.com within the 14-day period. Your item must be returned in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with all original tags and packaging — along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

You are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping of the item. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will refund the full product price together with the cost of standard outbound delivery (refunds of original shipping are limited to our least expensive standard delivery option). Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days.

Please note that custom or personalised pieces made to your specifications are exempt from this cooling-off right and cannot be returned.
